Best In Class Laundry & Linen Services

At Booth Centennial Healthcare Linen Services, our Best in Class System governs every aspect of managing linen distribution and utilization.

We measure and monitor the quality of our services - continually looking for ways to improve or reduce our clients’ costs. With our customers, we establish several key performance indicators and quality control measures. For example:

Random Inspections
Delivery carts are selected at random for thorough inspection. Supervisors examine linen items on the cart, check and identify if there are any deficits, and the overall appearance is graded.

Fill Rates
BCHLS measures the linen items delivered to an area as compared to the quantities or par levels required. We then calculate the fill rate. Gaps between expected and actual are examined and solutions are identified.

Delivery Effectiveness
Linen deliveries must be made on time. We establish specific delivery times for each linen end-user area and closely monitor our delivery time effectiveness.

Extra Deliveries or Pick Ups
At BCHLS, we understand that an overfill of soil carts can cause congestion and disruption. BCHLS will happily arrange for additional soil pick ups upon request.

User Committee Meetings
BCHLS facilitates regular User Committee meetings to inform our users of new product launches and service programs. This forum also brings a voice for clients to raise questions or offer suggestions on how to improve their linen service.

We Listen
Booth Centennial listens to its customers in several important ways. We believe that by listening and responding, we are able to constantly maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction. With Booth Centennial, you can rest assured that we will do the same for you.
